“A lawyer’s time and advice are his stock in trade.”
– Abraham Lincoln

My Story

Heather practices in insurance defense, trucking liability, and personal injury defense, and also has extensive experience in defending workers’ compensation and longshore cases. She enjoys serving as an aggressive advocate for her clients in state and federal courts. She thoroughly evaluates each claim to develop a litigation strategy, and provides timely reports to her clients of all significant developments in her cases. At the outset, she pursues any viable summary dismissal of cases via exceptions or dispositive motions, to save her clients the cost of ongoing litigation. While she is a skilled trial attorney, she also communicates effectively with all parties to narrow the issues with the goal of resolving claims by obtaining settlements favorable to her clients.

While not practicing law, she enjoys boating, swimming, and fishing.
