Our Story

Wagar Richard Kutcher Tygier & Luminais, LLP was founded in 1996 and is located in the Lakeway complex in Metairie, Louisiana. We routinely handle civil litigation in the state and federal courts in New Orleans, Louisiana, the Gulf Coast region and in some cases, nationwide. Our clients include individuals, corporations, associations, governmental entities, insurers, property owners, institutions and other people from all walks of life who find themselves needing legal representation in civil matters.
